A lot of us have a problem waking up early.Here are some tips how you can become a morning bird without much hassle :)
1."Trick" your alarm clock.Set it to ring ten minutes earlier,after a while you are going to get used to the new rhythm.
2.When you get up don't think about all the responsibilities that await you on that day,but rather focus on the next 30 minutes:what will you wear,what will you have for breakfast and...After a few mornings that will become you second nature and you will avoid all the stress that a new morning can bring.
3.Do not drink coffee after 10 p.m. but in the morning a cup of coffee is your best friend.
4.Go to gym after work.The body needs 3 to 5 hours for it's temperature to decrease after exercise and that gives the body a clear signal that it's time for rest.So,if you exercise around 6 p.m. you are going to be wanting to go to sleep just at the right time.
5.Eat all the right foods before sleep.Those are the ones with calcium,protein and carbohydrates.
